A magnificent castle, beautifully decorated, with impressive paintings and carpets. A building well worth seeing, featuring exquisite sculptures and ornamentation, and superb architecture. Unfortunately, there were far too many tourists; we had to wait in line for an hour even with a valid ticket.

A nice museum, full of works of art. The only downside was that the audio guide wasn't provided by the museum—you had to download an app and so on, which was quite a hassle.

I absolutely LOVED the Orsay! So many dearly loved masterpieces in one place. The museum is well organized in a manner that a person can follow the flow of not only art genres history, but all of world history because art is such a part of life.
