I had an absolutely amazing experience booking through Headout! My boyfriend and I decided to visit Disneyland Paris, and we purchased the 2 Parks in 1 Day ticket — it was definitely worth it.
Even though we were staying in central Paris, which is a bit far from the parks, everything went smoothly. Thanks to good planning, we managed to explore both parks fully, and unbelievably, we had completed all the attractions we wanted before 7:00 PM!
The parks themselves were incredible — so much fun, magic, and entertainment for all ages. We enjoyed a wide variety of delicious and unique food options, and every attraction felt exciting and well-organized. As true Disney lovers, this experience was everything we hoped for and more.
I also want to highlight how reliable Headout was. The booking process was simple, fast, and completely trustworthy, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip.
Overall, it was a perfect day filled with unforgettable memories. I highly recommend both Disneyland Paris and Headout!

If you arr going to do one day, do the park hopper. There is a few cool rides you don't want to miss in each park. There is more than enough time to get in all the rides.

#Our guide Ricardo was terrific. Personable, funny, knowledgeable and, most importantly, able to navigate our group of 16 through the crowds and 2 security check points. He gave us some pointers on the 2nd floor and then left the group. He did tell us early on that he had been informed that the ascent to the top was not possible due to technical difficulties - he had no control over that. We were also told we could get a partial refund since we couldn't go to the top. We'll see. Reality is, the second floor will give you all the views of Paris you need/want.

My experience at the Eiffel Tower was simply unforgettable, and much of that is thanks to the exceptional guide who accompanied us. With his deep knowledge and engaging storytelling, he turned every detail into something fascinating, bringing the history and grandeur of that iconic place to life.
His friendliness, attentiveness, and passion for what he does made the tour even more special. It wasn’t just a visit, but a true cultural and emotional immersion. I am so grateful to have had such a memorable and inspiring experience! ✨

The view from the Eiffel Tower was spectacular. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, but the time spent with the group was very short. For the price, I would have liked to hear many more interesting facts.
I really enjoyed the cruise on the Seine; Paris is charming from the water! However, we had to wait in line for a long time because we didn’t have priority access or a reserved time slot; we were in line with everyone else buying tickets at the ticket office.

Everything was great—the punctuality, the communication. I think they really took care of every detail. Honestly, I think coming to Paris and being able to buy tickets so easily is a huge plus because there are so many people. I think the timing was perfect, and it made it much easier to see the Mona Lisa without having to deal with such huge crowds. I highly recommend it.

Explore the Eiffel Tower
1/5
Overview
The Eiffel Tower itself has three floors for visitors to explore: the first level, the second level, and the very top called the summit. The ground level surrounding the tower is the Esplanade.
The Esplanade:A free-to-access area where you can begin your Eiffel Tower adventure.
First floor stairs: 347
Elevator access: Yes
Second floor stairs: 674
Elevator access: Yes
Summit stairs: 1665 (only accessible to maintenance staff)
What is it? This is the ground floor surrounding the tower. Whether you're taking the elevator from the East or West Pillars, or the stairs from the South Pillar, this is where your visit begins.
So, what can I do here? Stroll through the gardens, admire the historic lift machinery, visit the statue of Gustave Eiffel, grab a bite, or browse the souvenir shops.
Do I need tickets? No, access to the Esplanade is free!
Wait, how do I get here? Take your pick! Climb the stairs from the South entrance or take the elevator from the East or West sides.
What can I do here? Here, you can walk on the thrilling glass floor, dine at Madame Brasserie, enjoy a cinema projection, shop for souvenirs, or catch one of the seasonal cultural shows.
Do I need tickets? Yes, you’ll need a ticket to access the first floor or a dining reservation at Madame Brasserie, which includes free access to this level.
Wait, how do I get up? You can either take the scenic route by climbing the 674 steps from the South Pillar or opt for a quick elevator ride from the East or West Pillars.
What can I do here? The second floor is where the real magic begins, offering spectacular city views, gourmet dining at Le Jules Verne or the Macaron Bar, and unique souvenirs.
Do I need tickets? Yes, you’ll need a ticket to the second floor. These can be combined with tickets to the summit for a complete experience.
Wait, how do I reach up? The Summit is accessible only by elevator from the second floor. The stairs to the summit are not open to the public.
What can I do here? Visit Gustave Eiffel’s historic office, sip champagne at the Champagne Bar, and take in the breathtaking views of Paris, including landmarks like the Louvre and the Seine.
Do I need tickets? Yes, a separate ticket is needed for the Summit.
Things to know before booking your Eiffel Tower tickets
Choose your view: Summit vs. the second floor
The second-floor tickets give you access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the tower. A more affordable choice, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy panoramic views of Paris without the higher price or longer wait times associated with the summit. Plus, at 115 meters (377 feet) above ground, the second floor offers panoramic views of Paris that are stunning yet less intimidating for those who might have a fear of heights.
On the other hand, the summit tickets provide access to all three levels: the 1st, 2nd, and summit floors. The summit, being the tallest observation point in Europe, offers breathtaking views of Paris and its iconic landmarks, making it well worth the upgrade.
Note: Summit access is only available via elevator from the 2nd floor and requires a separate ticket.
Getting to the top: Stairs or the elevator?
For a more budget-friendly and physically engaging option, choose the stairs ticket. Climbing 674 steps to the 2nd floor provides a close-up view of the tower’s intricate ironwork and is ideal for those looking to avoid crowds and seeking a bit of adventure.
For a more relaxed visit, the elevator is the most popular choice, especially during peak times. To reach this floor, you must take a separate elevator from the 2nd floor. If you’re feeling ambitious, consider combining both experiences: climb to the 2nd floor via the stairs, then take the elevator to the summit.
Streamline your visit: hosted entry & guided tours
If you’re interested in learning about the tower’s history and architecture, a guided tour is a great investment. These tours are led by expert guides who provide insights, all the while pointing out unique features of the tower.
Prefer to explore at your own pace but want to skip the long queues? Hosted entryallows you to navigate the security and ticket counters with the help of a guide, who will ensure you have a smooth entry to either the 2nd floor or the summit.
Dining with a view
Enhance your visit with a meal at the casual yet chic Madame Brasserie on the first floor. This ticket includes a dedicated entry line to the elevator so you can bypass the long queues easily. You can opt for a lunch or a dinner experience.
However, dining reservations do not include access to higher levels like the second floor or summit, but you are free to explore the first floor after your meal.
When to book tickets?
To ensure you get your preferred time slot, it’s best to secure your Eiffel Tower tickets online as early as possible—ideally 60 days in advance, especially if you plan to visit the summit.
Choosing the Eiffel Tower ticket that’s best for you
Climbing experience
Want to save time and money? With shorter queues, these tickets allow you to climb up to the second floor by stairs, soaking in the views and history, one step at a time.
You can also upgrade your ticket to include summit access via elevator.

Want to enjoy the views without breaking a sweat? Opt for the elevator tickets.
You can choose to go up to the second floor or up to the summit.
Choose a guided experience to enrich your visit with interesting information about the tower’s history and architecture, or opt for a host to escort you to the right entrance, after which you explore at your leisure.

Frequently asked questions about Eiffel Tower tickets
Eiffel Tower tickets are timed, which means each ticket comes with a specific entry time, which you must adhere to in order to gain access to the tower. It's important to arrive on time (or even 15 minutes earlier), as missing your scheduled entry slot may mean that you won’t be able to enter the tower.
With a guide to lead you, you'll bypass the often long and confusing queues, which can be especially daunting given the crowds at Trocadéro and the multiple entrances to the tower. Your guide not only helps you navigate these challenges but also ensures you get quick access to either the 2nd floor or the summit, depending on your ticket choice. This means you’ll spend less time waiting and more time admiring the breathtaking views of Paris. Plus, your guide will share fascinating stories and insights about the Eiffel Tower, enriching your experience as you explore this iconic landmark.
Yes, a summit ticket includes access to both the 1st and 2nd floors, providing a complete experience of the Eiffel Tower.
No, 2nd-floor tickets don’t include summit access. However, you can upgrade your ticket for a full experience that includes the summit.
If you're looking for a challenge and a more budget-friendly option, climbing the 674 steps to the 2nd floor offers a unique perspective and a sense of accomplishment. For a more relaxed experience, especially if it's your first visit, the elevator to the summit is ideal, offering unmatched panoramic views of Paris.
Absolutely. While the summit access requires an upgrade, it offers unparalleled views of Paris and a closer look at Gustave Eiffel’s private office. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience for those wanting to see the city from its highest point.
No, there are no dedicated tickets for the Champagne Bar. However, access to the bar is included with your summit ticket, where you can purchase a drink while enjoying the view.
For families, a ticket with elevator access to the 2nd floor is ideal. It offers stunning views without the physical exertion of climbing stairs. Adding a Seine River cruise can provide a relaxing end to your visit.
If you’re concerned about heights, you might want to avoid the summit or dining experiences, which involve elevator rides and high vantage points. Stick to the 1st or 2nd floors for a less intimidating experience.
Plan on spending around 1.5 to 2.5 hours for your visit. Reaching the second level typically takes about 1.5 hours, while visiting the summit can take up to 2.5 hours. Climbing the stairs will add some extra time.
Yes, the Eiffel Tower is open late into the evening, offering a magical experience with the city illuminated below.
