The tickets were supposed to be sent via a link the day before, but since it was a holiday, neither the link nor the app worked, and the scan wasn't accepted on site. If there are internet connection issues, you can't show your tickets. The Louvre itself was great; the Seine river cruise is pretty nice, but it's not a must-do.
