• Re-entry: Do not exit the venue if you wish to continue your visit, as re-entry is not permitted.

• Security checks: Expect mandatory security checks that may take 15 to 30 minutes or longer, even with timed-entry tickets.
• Audio guide setup: Download and activate your audio guide in advance, as the last rental is at 4pm.
• Seasonal languages: Note that from Oct 9 to early Nov, audioguides are available only in French, English, and Spanish.
• Pricing: Expect entry prices to vary by nationality or country of residence, with different rates for EEA and Non-EEA visitors.
• DEX app: Use the DEX audio guide only on iOS devices, as it is not available on Android.
• Cruise wait time: Allow extra time during peak season, as boarding for the cruise may involve some waiting.
• Cruise validity: Use river cruise tickets anytime on the selected date; they may remain valid for up to 6 months as shown on the final ticket.
• Cruise frequency: Check the linked schedule for exact timings, as cruises depart every 30 minutes or hourly.

What’s not allowed

Louvre Museum

• There is no priority access to the temporary exhibitions inside the Louvre. If you miss your scheduled time slot, you must join the line for regular ticket holders.
• The visit routes will be signposted, with no possible backtracking to avoid crossing flows. Additionally, re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Versailles Palace

• Re-entry upon leaving the Palace and Garden premises.
• Animals in the palace, gardens, and Trianon Estate.
• Weapons and sharp objects.

• Lifts for all levels of the Versailles Palace.

Louvre Museum

• Kindly note that tickets can also be purchased through the venue, where pricing for a reserved time slot starts at 22€, subject to availability. Tickets are nominative and they cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.
• Entry to the venue will be free on July 14 owing to Independence Day in France.
• Please note that printed tickets are required to enter the venue.

Versailles Palace
