What’s not allowed

Louvre Museum

• There is no priority access to the temporary exhibitions inside the Louvre. If you miss your scheduled time slot, you must join the line for regular ticket holders.
• The visit routes will be signposted, with no possible backtracking to avoid crossing flows. Additionally, re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.

Versailles Palace

• Re-entry upon leaving the Palace and Garden premises.
• Animals in the palace, gardens, and Trianon Estate.
• Weapons and sharp objects.

Accessibility

• The museum is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Versailles Palace

• Lifts for all levels of the Versailles Palace.
• Flat benches are available to sit on in reception and museum areas.
• Guide dogs are allowed upon presentation of proof.
• Toilet facilities around the palace.
• Restaurants are accessible.

Louvre Museum

• Kindly note that tickets can also be purchased through the venue, where pricing for a reserved time slot starts at 22€, subject to availability. Tickets are nominative and they cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.
• Entry to the venue will be free on July 14 owing to Independence Day in France.
• Please note that printed tickets are required to enter the venue.

• Valuable items and clothing cannot be deposited in left luggage.
• Left luggage items should be collected at the end of the visit, before 6pm in the high season (April to October) and until 5pm in the low season (November to March).

What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.
• Wear comfortable walking shoes, as the Palace and gardens require extensive walking.

What’s not allowed

• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the Palace of Versailles.
• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the Palace for security reasons.
• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Accessibility

• This experience is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

• Entry is by timed ticket, allowing you to skip the line at the Palace and gardens.
• Access to the Musical Gardens or Fountain Show is included from April to October.
• Cafés and restaurants are available near the Palace for meals, but these are not included in your ticket.
• Security checks may delay entry; please allow extra time for this process.
• Children of all ages are welcome, but all guests require a booked ticket.
