Amazing Experience! We got there at our time slot and we only waited 15min to get in. I 100% recommend buying the combined ticket to see the palace and the gardens, two totally different views and environment, you won't regret.

I loved the gardens, they were so big and beautiful! We entered the gardens in the morning and used the reentry options via the dragon gate, to extend our visit after we went to the chateau. We also followed a walking tour (organised in the official app), which I would recommend. Afterwards you can still explore on your own. The Palace was also very nice and big, with a lot of guided audio options.

Great service, there were even emails and I got great help with my order. It's just a shame that they didn't advise that you can't take a look at the garden or that the garden is not included in this category.

The visit to the Château de Versailles in the afternoon went very well, with no waiting times 👍 Visiting the luminous gardens that evening was a very nice experience 🥰 there are hotels close to the château and ample free parking, which was very nice, I highly recommend it 💖

From pick up to drop off our guide was informative and helpful. Impressive building and contents with so much history. The grounds are next level even in the light rain we experienced on the day. Definitely worth a visit.

There was a delay of .5hours with our guide. Guide was excellent but they should carry flags. Many times we could hear his voice but had no idea where he was located, sometimes in another room! Visitors should be aware that you must know what guide service Headout utilizes.. My ticket and payment was not enough for sign in. Our guide service was Visit Paris. This was very confusing and we felt that we may not be able to do the tour.

The tour has only 20 people. It was very quiet and informative in a private area on the palace. The guide was very happy to answer questions and knew a lot about the tour we were on. After the tour was over we went into the public viewing areas and these were full of people which made it difficult to see anything. We did get to the hall of mirrors, and that was a 'must see' part of the palace. I highly recommend the tour.
