What’s not allowed

• Flash photography, artificial lighting, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited.
• Large bags and suitcases are not permitted. Free lockers are available for smaller belongings.
• Re-entry is not allowed once you exit the venue.

• Tickets may also be purchased through official channels, with reserved time slots starting at €22 (subject to availability). All tickets are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be modified, refunded, or resold.
• Download your voucher in advance to avoid connectivity issues on-site.
• Timed access tickets allow you to select a convenient entry slot and bypass the ticket counter. Please allow 15–30 minutes or even longer for mandatory security checks.
• During peak season, boarding may involve some waiting time.
• The river cruise ticket can be used anytime during the selected date and is valid up to 6 months from purchase, depending on the expiry date on the final ticket.
• Departures are every 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the time of day, until 10:30pm or 11pm. Please refer here for the cruise timings.
• For tickets including an audio guide, download and activate the guide in advance, as WiFi and mobile reception are limited at the meeting point. The last audio guide rental is available at 4pm.
• From October 9 to early November, audioguides will be available in only three languages: French, English, and Spanish.
• Children under 18 and EU citizens under 25 are entitled to free entry. Free tickets must be collected on-site or via the official website, even if the option does not appear at checkout.

Louvre Museum

• There is no priority access to the temporary exhibitions inside the Louvre. If you miss your scheduled time slot, you must join the line for regular ticket holders.
• The visit routes will be signposted, with no possible backtracking to avoid crossing flows. Additionally, re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
• The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Entry to the venue will be free on July 14 owing to Independence Day in France.
• Please note that printed tickets are required to enter the venue.

Versailles Palace

• Re-entry upon leaving the Palace and Garden premises is not allowed.
• Animals are not permitted in the palace, gardens, and Trianon Estate.
• Avoid carrying weapons and sharp objects.
• Valuable items and clothing cannot be deposited in left luggage.
