Peak season vs low season
Peak Season (April–August): Warm weather and school holidays make this the busiest time to visit. Expect long queues, especially between 10am and 2pm. Arrive at opening time if you want to cover popular rides like roller coasters and VR attractions early. Seasonal events like Easter activities and summer programs also increase footfall.
Low Season (November–February): Cooler months are quieter, making it easier to explore at your own pace. Not all rides may be operational, especially mid-week, but the park’s gardens, animal enclosures, and walking paths remain enjoyable. Arriving 20–30 minutes before opening is usually enough. Holiday periods like Christmas can still draw moderate crowds.
Weekday vs weekend
- Best days: Monday to Thursday mornings are the quietest, with shorter queues and more relaxed pacing
- Avoid: Weekends, public holidays, and school vacation periods, especially after 11am
- Best time of day: Arrive right at opening or visit after 3pm for fewer crowds
- Pro tip: Crowd levels depend heavily on weather—sunny days can get busy even mid-week
