If you love chocolate, this place is HEAVEN. Came with my girlfriend and we both agreed nothing in Spain matches this. Line was long but moved faster than we thought. Staff offered us water while we waited. Hot chocolate was epic. Will come back for sure.

Angelina is my happy place in Paris. Came solo, sat by the window, and watched the world go by. Hot chocolate is insanely good. Pastries are art. Staff is always helpful. A bit pricey but worth it for the experience.

Good cruise, not too long. Staff was friendly and drinks were good. Only downside was a bit of a wait to board, but worth it for the views.

Cruise was as advertised. Not too long, not too short. Staff was polite, drinks were nice. Only issue: boat rocked a bit with passing ships, so if ur seasick, maybe sit near the center. Still, great views.

Decided to do this with my partner and honestly, we had a BLAST. The chef was super nice and kept us entertained. Didn’t expect to laugh so much. Place was easy to find, but do NOT wear black unless you want to look like you fell in a flour bag. Croissants were delish and we got to take leftovers home. Would def recommend, just wish the class was a little longer.

Tour was great, but it was soooo hot that day. Guide did her best to keep us in the shade when possible. Learned a lot about the artists and even got a tip on where to find the cheapest coffee near Place du Tertre.

Emily’s apartment: Place de l’Estrapade

Nestled in the vibrant Latin Quarter, this historic building is where Emily’s Parisian adventure begins. The neighborhood’s winding cobblestone streets, independent bookshops, and bustling cafés perfectly capture the youthful, energetic spirit that defines Emily’s character.

Gabriel’s restaurant (Les Deux Compères) — Terra Nera

This beloved Italian bistro is both Gabriel’s workplace and residence, making it a hotspot for some of the show’s most tender and complicated moments. The restaurant reflects Paris’s rich culinary scene and the importance of food as a cultural connector in the series. Here, viewers witness the simmering romance and personal struggles between Emily and Gabriel, making Terra Nera a key location where personal and cultural worlds collide.

Boulangerie Moderne

Emily’s first indulgence in authentic Parisian pastry culture happens here, as she savors her inaugural pain au chocolat. The bakery symbolizes Emily’s openness to embracing local customs and simple pleasures despite initial cultural missteps. It’s a reminder that sometimes, the small things—like a flaky pastry—are the sweetest entry points into a new life.

Savoir Agency & Place de Valois

Emily’s workplace is at the core of many cultural clashes and humorous moments throughout the show. The elegant exterior of the Savoir marketing agency juxtaposes modern business ideals with Paris’s historic charm, echoing Emily’s own challenge of fitting into an unfamiliar professional world while staying true to her American values. Place de Valois serves as a bustling urban meeting place, underscoring the blend of tradition and contemporary ambition.

Palais Royal & Colonnes de Buren

With its striking black-and-white striped columns and perfectly manicured gardens, Palais Royal is one of the show’s most visually arresting settings. This elegant space represents Paris’s artistic heritage and serves as a serene, reflective spot where Emily often contemplates her new life and friendships. The iconic columns are symbolic of the show’s stylish aesthetic and Emily’s navigation between bold individuality and classic Parisian grace.

Jardin du Luxembourg

This sprawling garden is one of Paris’s quintessential outdoor spaces, offering a peaceful respite from the city’s hustle. Emily’s jogs and social outings here underscore her efforts to integrate into Parisian life while maintaining her American vivacity. The garden’s timeless beauty reflects the show’s romanticized yet realistic portrayal of the city’s lifestyle.

Pantheon

The neoclassical Pantheon stands as a majestic testament to French history and culture. Its inclusion in the show serves as a bridge connecting Emily’s modern story with the rich heritage of Paris. Scenes set here emphasize the depth and gravitas of the city that surrounds Emily’s bright and sometimes lighthearted adventures.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés

This historic district, with its legendary cafés, bookshops, and intellectual spirit, embodies the bohemian Paris that has inspired artists and thinkers for centuries. Through Emily’s eyes, viewers experience the charm and complexity of this neighborhood, highlighting the city’s blend of old-world sophistication and contemporary culture.

Café de Flore

One of Paris’s most historic cafés, Café de Flore is a gathering place steeped in literary and artistic history. Emily’s scenes here ground her character in the authentic café culture that’s vital to Parisian life. It’s a setting for intimate conversations and subtle cultural clashes, showcasing the city’s social fabric.

Montmartre & Sacré-Coeur

The bohemian hilltop neighborhood and its magnificent basilica evoke romance, creativity, and freedom—core themes of the show. The nearby “I Love You” Wall, covered in declarations of love in dozens of languages, perfectly captures the show’s celebration of connection and heart.

Canal Saint-Martin

This quiet, tree-lined canal area offers a more relaxed, modern slice of Paris. Featured in romantic and introspective scenes, Canal Saint-Martin is emblematic of the city’s ability to balance history with a trendy, youthful vibe. It’s the perfect backdrop for Emily’s moments of reflection and connection.

La Samaritaine

A recently restored luxury department store, La Samaritaine symbolizes Paris’s enduring reputation as a global fashion capital. Its inclusion in Season 2 showcases the city’s elegance and innovation, tying in perfectly with the show’s focus on style and luxury.
