Everything was as good as I expected. The entrance line was a little long, but everything was well planned.

Enjoy the experience. Needed more directions for getting into the restaurant.
We enjoyed a delicious food and good service
We had an amazing time at Madame brasserie. All Of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we had a lovely table with a fabulous view. The food and service was outstanding. We had just arrived in Paris that morning and this was just the best start to our Paris experience. Thank you
Good, although they didn't give me a window side as I had paid for. The food was normal. The service was very good. Hiring with Headout was more expensive than if I had booked it directly on the eiffel tower website.

Efficient entry to restaurant , delicious food and fast service. The ambient music was lounge versions of American pop music, which interfered with the mood of the place and scenery.
Great food and enjoyed the view. Because there were eight of us we were given a special table 1 deck down. Thanks for this service. Entrance to tower took at least an hour and a half, so get there on time if you have a table reserved. If you are late you have to eat very fast or table expires even.

A very good service a great place to dine, although the meal was a bit different, that I would normally eat, which in many ways is good.
Booking this special experience via Head out and having easy access to the details was extremely easy. Food and service was fantastic.
Access to the level Eiffel Tower platform should have been an hour earlier. The lift was broken we were half an hour late. We were asked to leave so that the next group could come in. We were not offered rose and had to ask for it. There was no gluten free desert
It would be nice to have a timeline available. You may "only" enter the grounds 2 hours before dinner starts. You may only pick up elevator ticket 45 minutes before dinner starts. You really may not enter restaurant until dinner start time. Nice to know that people can take elevator to prayers from second floor (elevator comes from second floor and is already full, and then obviously staff goes first). Not very .... but nice to know. ! About 10 before first security

Hello, the lady at the entrance was very unfriendly. We had to pay extra for my daughter. The menu was okay, but overpriced. We were shown out again quite quickly so that the table could be reassigned. No enjoyment possible. We wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will never do it again.
