Disneyland Paris entrances | Which gate to use & why

Which entrance should you use at Disneyland Paris?

Use the main entrance plaza for all ticket types—it serves both Disneyland Park and  Disney® Adventure World.

  • Shortest queues: Arrive early, especially on weekdays.
  • Skip-the-line/timed tickets: No separate gate; all guests enter via the main plaza.
  • Guided tours & groups: Meet at the ticketed plaza before heading through security.
  • Wheelchair access: Step-free security lanes and turnstiles are available.

How many entrances are there at Disneyland Paris?

Disneyland Paris has one main entrance plaza, located beside Disney Village and the Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy train station. From here, guests pass through a single security zone before choosing between:

Disneyland Park

  • Disneyland Park entrance is on the left, through the archway beneath the pink Disneyland Hotel.

Disney® Adventure World

  • Disney® Adventure World entrance is on the right, marked by a studio-style façade and film-themed decor.

Both mobile tickets and printed tickets are accepted at the turnstiles.

Accessible entrances at Disneyland Paris

The main entrance plaza is fully accessible. Security lanes include step-free routes, and both Disneyland Park and Disney® Adventure World have accessible turnstiles. Inside, paths are wide and mostly flat, with ramps and elevators available where needed.

Guests with disabilities may qualify for an Easy Access Card or Priority Card (apply in advance or at the park with valid documentation). Companion entry discounts are also available in some cases. For detailed assistance, check our Disneyland Paris accessibility guide.

Security, bags & re-entry

All guests must pass airport-style security checks:

  • Bags are scanned; large suitcases, alcohol, glass, drones, selfie sticks, and folding chairs are prohibited.
  • Outside food is allowed if non-alcoholic and not in glass/hard coolers.
  • Re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket and hand stamp (multi-park tickets only).

What are the queues like at Disneyland Paris?

Expect lines to vary depending on arrival time. Early mornings and weekends can see waits of 30–60 minutes at security, while weekdays and off-peak hours average 10–20 minutes. No separate skip-the-line gates exist; however, hotel guests with Extra Magic Time enter earlier and reduce congestion.

Want to cut stress? Pre-book tickets and arrive 45 minutes early to maximize park time.
