♿ Accessibility services

  • Priority Access Card: This card allows eligible guests to access an alternative entrance at select attractions, reducing the need to wait in standard queues. It is available to guests with visible and non-visible disabilities or chronic medical conditions and requires medical documentation.
  • Companion Pass: Each Priority Access Card includes free access for one accompanying guest.
  • Quiet Zones: Both parks offer designated rest areas for guests who may need a break from noise, crowds, or sensory stimulation.
  • Virtuoz Tablets: Available at Guest Services, these include tactile maps and audio navigation for guests with visual impairments.

👩‍🦽‍➡️ Wheelchair access

  • Most attractions, restaurants, shops, and restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible.
  • Many rides offer adapted boarding areas or special ride vehicles for guests using wheelchairs or mobility aids.
  • Wheelchairs are available to rent near park entrances. Rental is free but requires a refundable deposit.
  • Guests may use personal wheelchairs or mobility scooters throughout the resort.
  • Assistance dogs are permitted in all public areas, including attractions and shows.

👩‍🦯‍➡️Visual, hearing, and sensory support

  • The AudioSpot app provides audio descriptions for key attractions, park areas, and select restaurant menus.
  • Tactile maps and braille signage are found at strategic locations throughout the resort.
  • Induction loops are installed in most theaters and show venues to assist guests with hearing aids.
  • French Sign Language (LSF) interpreters are available for select shows with prior notice. Guests can check availability or request assistance at Guest Services.

How to request assistance

  • Bring valid documentation such as a disability ID card or a medical certificate (in French or English).
  • Visit City Hall (Disneyland Park) or Studios Services (Walt Disney Studios Park) upon arrival to apply for a Priority Access Card and discuss any additional needs.
  • Alternatively, guests can complete the online accessibility request form in advance via the official Disneyland Paris website.
